Adult and child psychotherapy services are available. Individual psychotherapy can be helpful for trauma, stress, big life changes, finding one's identity, learning how to navigate relationships, work-related issues, diagnoses and chronic illness, and much more.  Sessions will focus on your individual needs and goals. If needed, homework options will be customized to better help you apply what is explored in sessions.

Individual Expressive Art Psychotherapy sessions are available for both adults and children. Services are offered in-person at certain locations and virtually. Sessions are tailored to support your needs and goals. Individual Expressive Arts Psychotherapy can be helpful for trauma, stress, big life changes, finding one's identity, learning how to navigate relationships, work-related issues, diagnoses and chronic illness, and much more.  The creative process functions as a separate outlet that helps you externalize your thoughts and emotions. If needed, homework options will be customized to better help you apply what is explored in sessions.

Cost:

$155.00 per 50 minute session

Art supplies are not included in the price for virtual sessions. An art supply list will be included and we can work around the materials available to you, if needed.

Art supplies are included for in-person sessions.

Adult and childrens group therapy sessions are available virtually and in-person. These groups are great ways to explore similar strengths and experiences.

$65.00 per hour/person 

Supplies are not included for virtual sessions. A basic supply list will be provided and we can work together with the materials you have at home if need be.

Groups of 4-8 people: $400.00 per hour 

Groups of 9 to 15 people: $800.00 per hour
